- When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically to your registered M-Pesa account after a successful customer transaction. You receive 60% of each sale, typically within 24-48 hours.
- What if a customer wants a refund?
If a refund is issued according to our policy, our commission for that transaction is also fully refunded to you. You are never charged for refunded orders.
- Can I see exactly how much I'll earn?
Yes! For every sale, you keep 60% and we take 40%. For example: KSh 1,000 sale = KSh 600 for you, KSh 400 for us. It's that simple.
